Female team starts to play in year 1994. and take place in the First league HR HB, under the coach Zivko Jurkovic-Ziza.
The Team was appear in the league until seasons 1999/2000,  because the unsettled finances situation into the club, team was discontinued his training.
Because a few enthusiast in CHC Medjugorje in june 2006. the team was rebuilt and also rebuilt the handball school in witch 25  girls momentaly take a place by coach Zdenka Bencun.
